Master thesis: Enzymatic detoxification of mycotoxin in different matriCes (m/f)

These are the tasks we trust in you:

  • Enzymatic assay method development for detoxification of mycotoxins
  • Cloning and expression of mycotoxin degrading enzymes
  • Purification and biochemical characterization of mycotoxin degrading enzymes

To leave real 'foodprints' with us you need the following skills:

  • Master student of molecular biology, biochemisty or similar studies
  • Knowledge and technical skills in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques such as cloning of genes, protein expression, enzyme assays, protein concentration estimation, electrophoresis, etc.
  • Prior laboratory experience is a plus
  • Independent and hands-on working
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

  • Your type of employment: 38.5 hours/week, full-time, temporary contract (9-12 months)
