Compensation and Development Enthusiast (m/f)

As member of the Careers & Rewards team, you provide support to the organization on compensation and development topics, working together with HR business partners, HR experts and organization leaders on an international level. How can you contribute to further growth of ERBER Group?

These are the tasks we trust in you:

  • Support to enhance overall compensation & development structure and process harmonization (e.g. career model, succession planning, training framework, e-learning, LinkedIn learning, job evaluation, salary review process, global benefits, ERBER leadership academy) in order to ensure global roll-out throughout the organization
  • Together with the HR business partners, HR experts and line managers develop our global compensation & benefits and talent development practices, programs and policies further in order to support global implementation of our HR strategy in diverse HR projects in different project roles
  • Continuously look for improvements in HR processes, propose solutions, discuss, align and implement them with different stakeholders in order to support business in achieving our strategic goals

To leave real 'foodprints' with us you need the following skills:

  • University degree (BSc, MSc), e.g. in HR management, psychology or economics
  • Experience in supporting the business in people development and/or compensation & benefits topics, ideally experience in consulting environment or global organization
  • Passionate about learning and development as well as compensation & benefits
  • Highly initiative and open to learn and develop further and to growing together with us
  • Hands-on mentality and strong customer orientation
  • Project management experience is welcome, additionally, very good analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Passionate about working in teams and projects but also comfortable with contributing independently
  • Mindset that values systemic coaching and continuous improvement culture
  • Open to travel to our international subsidiaries depending on project needs
  • Excellent English skills, any other spoken language is a plus

  • You will be based in Getzersdorf (Austria)
  • Your type of employment: 38.5 hours/week, full-time, permanent contract
  • This position is available immediately however, we are happy to consider your notice period or your desired start date.
  • Based on your classification in our ERBER Group career model, your professional experience and your qualification, we offer you an attractive total compensation package starting at € 50.000 gross p.a. (full-time incl. fix and variable components)
